- Energy-Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer

Summary of Instrument

      Energy-Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer can be widely used for quick measurement of various solid, liquid and powder samples. Rapid determination of all trace or major elements from sodium (Na) to uranium (U), For example, it can test the wear/tear elements and additive elements in lubricating oil and hydraulic oil, as well as the content of foreign and polluting elements in oils. It will complete all elements test from PPM level to pure single metal in 30-200 seconds.  Testing specimen could be liquid, solid or powder, which make the specimen preparation more easily compare to other spectrometers.

Reference Standard

●  GB/T 17606-2009 <Determination of sulfur in Crude-oil by Energy-dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry>

●  GB/T 17040-2019 <Determination of Sulfur in Petroleum and Petroleum Products Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry>;

● NB_SH_T 0822-2010 <Standard Test Method for Determination of Phosphorus, Sulfur, Calcium, and Zinc in Lubrication Oils by Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy>;

●  ASTM D6481-2019 <Determination of Phosphorus, Sulfur, Calcium, and Zinc in Lubrication Oils by Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence  Spectroscopy。>
